SKG Services Europe Welcomes Thomas Jenkins as Head of Sales to Appropriate Growth Potential.

SKG Services Europe is excited to announce the appointment of Thomas Jenkins as the new Head of Sales. With a robust background in the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly within the ISV space, Thomas brings over two decades of experience.

Jonas Andersen, Managing Director, emphasized the critical nature of this appointment, stating that filling Thomas’s position has been the most important hiring to date. “We embarked on an extensive hiring process, attracting a strong pool of candidates, however, Thomas’s vibrant energy, enthusiasm, and approachable demeanor also resonated profoundly with our team’s culture” Jonas concludes.

Looking ahead, Thomas outlined his vision for the next twelve months, emphasizing the development of the sales team and the cultivation of strategic partnerships with both clients and partners. Jonas Andersen affirms the strategic importance of this focus, stating, “Thomas’s sales and partnership strategy aligns seamlessly with our overarching strategy. His expertise will be instrumental in elevating our business development efforts to the next level.”

As SKG Services Europe continues its remarkable growth trajectory, Jonas Andersen highlighted the imperative of aligning operational excellence with escalating demands. “We have witnessed exponential growth in recent years, doubling our workforce and undertaking increasingly substantial projects,” he explained. “However, to sustain this momentum and accommodate demands as the most deployed ISV solution on Microsoft Dynamics 365, we must enhance our business development initiatives and ramp up our sales and delivery capacity. Hiring Thomas allows us to do that. 

Acknowledging the evolving landscape of client requirements, particularly among large enterprise customers, Jonas emphasized the necessity of bolstering resources to meet these evolving needs.

Currently comprising a team of 25-30 individuals, SKG Services Europe is poised for further expansion and consolidation in the market. Jonas Andersen highlighted the company’s collaborative efforts with key partners, including Columbus, DXC, and Avanade, in driving strategic initiatives and enhancing client delivery mechanisms.
