Innovation, Insight & Collaboration at the SKG Services Europe Partner Event 2025

September 10, 2025

The SKG Services Europe Partner Event 2025 is a platform to deepen collaboration, share product innovation, and showcase real-world success stories. With the theme Innovation, Insight & Collaboration, the event highlights how SKG Services Europe and SKsoft bring partners closer to the solutions shaping the future of banking and treasury automation.

A platform for closer collaboration

According to Jonas Andersen, Managing Director at SKG Services Europe, the event’s main purpose is to strengthen relationships with partners and give them a clear view of SKG’s product roadmap.

“This event is about getting closer to our partners, sharing what’s coming, what’s been improved, and how they can position the solution for their customers. Meeting in person creates space for deeper conversations, the kind you can’t have in a newsletter or a webinar.”

Building trust is central to this approach. Face-to-face interactions allow partners to see SKG’s commitment to continuous improvement and to gain the insights they need to create real value for end customers. The theme Innovation, Insight & Collaboration also reflects our product journey. From five modules nine years ago to sixteen modules today, many of the enhancements have been shaped directly by partner and customer input.

As Jonas puts it, “Partner feedback plays a vital role in shaping the roadmap. By connecting regularly, we can align their market and customer insights with our long-term vision and ensure the product continues to evolve in the right direction. This event is an important part of that process.”

Partner perspective: from implementation to insight

For Lone Kejser of Infiniance, who is leading the session “Inhouse Banking in Action”, the event is an opportunity to share hands-on experience from the field and highlight the value of close collaboration. She points to her work with a joint customer in the Nordics market, where our Inhouse Banking module was implemented to replace a legacy third-party In-house Banking system – and as a second project, we implemented the SKG Credit card module for the same customer together.

“Together, we built an IHB solution more tightly integrated with the customer’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system, than their previous solution. Replacing a third-party tool with something fully embedded in Dynamics 365 clearly showed the strength of SKG’s approach.”

She also emphasises that the relevance goes beyond one case. Optimising payment processes and banking landscapes is always a priority for our joint customers, and with the capabilities of the Inhouse Banking module, it is essential that both customers and implementation partners understand what is possible.

Another highlight of this year’s event is the presence of both the SKG Services Europe and SKsoft teams. Participants will have the chance to connect directly with the people behind the solution and provide feedback first-hand.

What participants can expect to take away

Ultimately, Jonas hopes participants leave with a fresh perspective on our solutions and their potential impact.

“I want partners to leave with new perspectives on what our solutions can do, capabilities that go well beyond the basics of handling banking and payments. Just as important, I want them to see our continued investment in innovation and the real value of collaborating with SKG Services Europe and SKsoft.”
