SKG Services Europe has entered into a partnership with elevaite365 to strengthen its testing offerings, ongoing quality assurance, and long-term Customer Care support to Banking and Treasury customers on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Through the partnership, SKG Services Europe enhances how Banking and Treasury solutions are being implemented, tested, and supported by embedding advanced test automation capabilities into its implementation and managed services approach.
Raising the bar for quality in Banking and Treasury implementations
As Banking and Treasury engagements grow in scale and complexity, testing and ongoing application management has become a critical success factor, particularly for organisations managing regulatory requirements, complex banking landscapes, and regular system updates to stay secure and up to date. While both standard D365 and Banking ISV solutions typically have several annual releases per year, each solution update typically includes both minor and broader functional changes, requiring customers to thoroughly test the updates.
By partnering with elevaite365, SKG Services Europe will be able to offer customers unique access to solution specific and customer-centric test scripts that can automate a significant portion of the otherwise hands-on heavy testing required for taking each new release.
